One of the critical bootle necks for any chromatographic modelling is accurate peak tracking. Incorrect peak name assignments will consequentially lead to poor or even wrong predictions.

Therefore, adequate care and time is required for this task. In order to facilitate peak tracking Fusion QbD offers advanced and fully automated peak tracking capabilities based on MS and/or UV spectral information and traditional 2D tracking data.

Peak tracking in Fusion QbD can also be combined with a so-called FDS (Forced Degradation Study) experiment, where injections from different vial positions can be combined into a single composite chromatogram.
